Following are the guidelines the HOD - Media Studies has given to issue reference or recommendation letters:
a) He / she must collect the application form from the HoD
b) Makes required / necessary entries in the form
c) Attaches relevant documents / proofs to substantiate claims.
d) Meets the class teacher for signature
f) Meets the HoD for final approval.
"Reco / reference letters shall be given to deserving students only based on their conduct, academic performance, contribution to department and the institution.The department from this year will maintain a record of such letters issued to students."
